Kerman

Kerman is a descendant of the nice, kind and warm hearted people who always welcome guests and tourists from around the world. Kerman province is the largest province in Iran and it is the third highest mountain province in the Iran. It has a very cold and dry winter nights and warm summers. Kerman, which occupies 180 square kilometers from the south-east side of Iran, has a long history. Actually the antiquity of Kerman goas back to the pre Islamic dynasty. Kerman is one of the oldest cities in Iran, with a history of residence in the fourth millennium BC. According to the development plan, this city will be the future electronic city of Iran. The language of people of Kerman is the Persian language with traditional Kerman accent. It seems that the process of development of Kerman has begun since the reign of Ardeshir, the founder of the Sassanid Dynasty. As we said, the people of this city have suffered a lot. One of these catastrophes was Nader Shah invasion of Kerman, where, according to his command, many innocent people were beheaded and high peaks were created. The great catastrophe that the people of Kerman would never forget about it was the attack of Aqa Mohammad khan Qajar on this city, which, according to his orders, they made the eyes of 3500 people blind. Kerman hosts one of the historical cities in Iran which in registered in UNESCO world heritage site.
