The cost of dropping the price of the car and stopping the car in the repair shop and parking lot due to accidents and other cases is the responsibility of the customer.
The contract is renewed in person, in special circumstances, and by agreement of the parties, the absentee renewal can be done by depositing the entire amount for the duration of the contract. Failure to deposit the amount together is considered a non-renewal of the contract.
In case of non-timely delivery of the car and non-renewal of the present contract, the customer will be transferred from the deposit to the guarantee and the landlord is free to seize the car in any place he finds without referring to the judicial authority and in this regard, no responsibility The legal and criminal law does not concern the landlord and his representatives, and the client can not have a right to claim in this regard in judicial and administrative authorities
In case of an accident that leads to a technical and visual defect in the car, the damage will be compensated according to the insurance table from the place of the insurance policy, and if the insurance does not cover the damage and the related costs in full, it will be compared to the rest of the damage. Also, for all the damages of the car price drop, the landlord is allowed to withdraw from
the customer guarantees free of charge and without the need to refer to a judicial authority.
The customer must submit the accident sketch to the landlord as soon as possible.
The customer undertakes not to transfer the car to any natural or legal person under any title and any circumstances, including rent, trust, peace, etc., and if the car is transferred to another in any way, the said act of betrayal of trust. The customer will be personally responsible for the legal and judicial consequences and the landlord will be free to enforce the contract guarantee unconditionally.
The customer is responsible for any violations, complaints, and detection of corruption, including traffic, criminal, and civil, which has occurred using the transaction until the final delivery and settlement of the account.
The client is fully and accurately aware that her iodine is in respect of the leased item and the leased item has been delivered to her during the lease period for his benefit.
The customer is responsible for paying all fines and violations of the car during the rental period until the car is delivered to the landlord.
It is hereby agreed that in the event of total loss (car repair is not cost-effective), the lessor undertakes to pay 30% of the total insured value of the vehicle to the lender.
If the accident occurs due to exposure to alcohol or any other alternative, the customer must then compensate for all damage to the vehicle and the right to stop.
The borrower is obliged to deposit the amount of 20,000,000 Rials with the lender as a settlement for 30 days.
Transfer of money for deposit refund will be done up to 24 hours after the end of the contract.
Only during business hours and days will the Riyal guarantee deposit be reimbursed. if you want your deposit recovered when the car is returned make sure it is returned.
